Counselling and Therapy online

Counselling and psychotherapy are changing. Technology is becoming a bigger part of our lives. This means that more people are seeking emotional and psychological support online. Online counselling is conducted over the internet via a secure platform which works in a similar way to Skype.

As long as you have access to the internet via phone, computer or tablet you can access online therapy. A good connection is important and you need to be able to find a confidential space where you won't be interrupted for an hour.

I started operating online initially to help people who found it a struggle to leave their homes due to a chronic illness. I found it worked so well and clients too were very suprised. Some clients had inital reservations and without exception became complete converts to this way of working.

The benefits of counselling and therapy online are:
No travelling time
No getting stuck in traffic
Not having to find somewhere to park
Good for those in remote areas and would have to travel a long way to access the service

I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
