What is Counselling and Psychotherapy?
Counselling gives you a confidential space to explore your worries, concerns, difficulties or anxieties. It can provide the space and time for you to explore and express your thoughts and feelings, enabling you to gain some clarity. The process can help you to achieve insight and the ability to resolve situations in your life.
My way of working
I draw my knowledge from many different theories. When working with a client i use whatever I think is appropriate for that particular client. In therapy I do not believe that one size fits all. i draw from CBT, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis and Solution focused therapy
